Welcome to a very homey two bedroom and one bathroom apartment in a lovely two family home in a quiet residential neighborhood.
You'll enjoy a large dining room, living room, and kitchen with new refrigerator. This apartment is well maintained with all rooms recently painted and new carpet installed. There is also some great light that comes in through the windows (but there will be curtains in the bedrooms to keep it the sunlight out when you want to sleep!). Restaurants, shopping, commuter train stations, and local beaches are close by!
The first month's rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. The application fee is required for a credit check. Sorry, no pets or smokers. There is a no smoking policy for the entire property. Utilities included up to $100.
